What it does
Passive: While Flash has a remaining cooldown greater than 2 seconds, it is replaced by Hexflash.
Active: You begin channel for up to 6.5 seconds, increasing Hexflash's range over a portion of the duration. Releasing the charge early, or entering combat with an enemy champion will end the charge and incur a 10 second cooldown.
Recast: You blink to the target location within range.
