Baron, dragons, Rift Herald, and jungle camps — what they are and what buff they grant.

Dragons · 7

Elder Dragon

Elder Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Spawns once a team has secured 4 elemental dragons (Soul reached) — replaces the regular dragon. Respawns every 6 minutes after.

What it is

The strongest dragon form. Tanky and deals true damage. Securing it usually means the game is half-won.

What it grants

Aspect of the Dragon — auto attacks and abilities burn enemies for 3 seconds (true damage based on missing HP). Enemies below 20% HP get executed. Lasts 2:30.

Infernal Dragon

Infernal Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

First spawns at 5:00, respawns every 5 minutes. Reshapes the map (burns brush near Dragon pit).

What it is

Damage-oriented dragon. Favours damage comps (assassins, marksmen). Each stack permanent.

What it grants

Infernal Might — each stack: +6% AD and +10 AP. Stacks per Infernal taken. Permanent for the rest of the game.

Ocean Dragon

Ocean Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Standard 5:00 spawn, 5-min respawn. Grows extra brush in the river when chosen.

What it is

Sustain dragon. Favours bruisers and HP-regen champs.

What it grants

Ocean Soul (at 4 stacks) — restores HP and mana when damaging champions. Massive sustain over extended fights.

Mountain Dragon

Mountain Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Standard dragon spawn. Grows extra rock walls in the river.

What it is

Tankier dragon. Favours tanks and frontline bruisers.

What it grants

Mountain Soul (at 4) — after 5s out of combat, gain a large shield that absorbs the first burst.

Cloud Dragon

Cloud Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Standard dragon spawn. Opens river paths granting MS while inside them.

What it is

Mobility dragon. Favours skirmishers and split-push comps.

What it grants

Cloud Soul (at 4) — large MS burst after leaving combat, plus permanent ult haste.

Hextech Dragon

Hextech Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Standard dragon spawn (rotates randomly with other elementals).

What it is

Tech dragon. Useful for almost every comp — grants ability haste and attack speed.

What it grants

Hextech Stacks — per stack: +5 ability haste, +5% attack speed. Soul: next attack zaps enemies and slows them.

Chemtech Dragon

Chemtech Dragon

Dragons
Spawn timing

Standard dragon spawn. Adds toxic fog brush in the river.

What it is

Late-fight dragon. Favours bruisers that outlast trades.

What it grants

Chemtech Stacks — per stack: +6% damage and -6% damage taken below 50% HP. Soul: extra resilience near death.

Baron · 2

Baron Nashor

Baron Nashor

Baron
Spawn timing

First spawns at 12:00, respawns 5 minutes after death.

What it is

Strongest monster on the map. Sits in the north river pit. Needs the whole team to take down safely. Hits with knockup and pulls champions toward him.

What it grants

Hand of Baron — gives the whole team: +25% damage to nearby minions, an empowered recall, and supercharges minions around buffed champions so they push lanes hard. Lasts 3 minutes. Key for breaking inhibitors.

Rift Herald

Rift Herald

Baron
Spawn timing

Spawns at 5:00 — single spawn only. Despawns at 9:55 if not killed.

What it is

Early-game objective in Baron's pit before Baron spawns. Hitting his weak spot in the back deals huge damage. Much easier than Baron — a jungler with a single laner can take him.

What it grants

Eye of the Herald — placed in your inventory. Drop it to summon Herald that charges into an enemy tower, breaking the turret shield + plates (huge gold + tower damage). Best deployed in top lane after minute 5.

Jungle · 7

Blue Sentinel

Blue Sentinel

Jungle
Spawn timing

Spawns at 1:30, respawns every 5 minutes. Sits in the jungle near the river, one per side per team.

What it is

Mana camp. The jungler typically takes it first and passes it to the mid laner (Ahri, Lux, Zoe) if mana-hungry.

What it grants

Crest of Insight — passive mana regen + 10% ability haste for 1:30. Transfers to the killer if you die early.

Red Brambleback

What it is

Slow camp. Big help for chase-heavy champions (Garen, Master Yi, Warwick).

Crest of Cinders — auto attacks burn enemies (extra true damage + 25% slow). Junglers often share it with the ADC or top laner for kiting.

Rift Scuttler

Rift Scuttler

Jungle
Spawn timing

Spawns at 2:30, respawns 3 minutes after death. Two on the map — one near Dragon, one near Baron.

What it is

Passive crab. Doesn't fight back. First jungler to take it gains river vision + speed buff — key for objective control.

What it grants

Speed Shrine — drops a zone in the river granting allies MS + vision around it. Lasts 2 minutes.
