Passive

Innate: Garen 1.3 to 5.5 for 15% missing health every second. Regeneration will pause for 5 seconds if Garen takes damage from enemy champions, epic monsters, or enemy turrets, or if he is hit by an enemy ability or affected by an enemy summoner spell, refreshing on subsequent hits.

Decisive Strike

Q

Active: Garen cleanse from all slow and gains 35% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. He also empowers his next basic attack within a duration to have an uncancellable windup, lunge at the target, deal bonus physical damage, and silence them for 1.5 seconds.

Decisive Strike basic attack reset Garen's basic attack timer.
