What it does
Passive: Basic attacks on-hit against enemy champions inflict a stack lasting 4 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits, expiring upon attacking a new champion, and stacking up to 3 times. The third stack consumes them all to deal 60 to 200 for 15% bonus adaptive damage and grant you 9% increased damage against champions until 5 seconds after exiting champion combat.
