What it does
Passive: Entering combat generates one stack every second for the next 3 seconds. After reaching 3 stacks, your next basic attack within 7 seconds against an enemy champion consumes them all to deal bonus magic damage equal to 3% of your maximum health (+ 20% AD) (+ 10% AP), heal you for 2% of your maximum health, and permanently grant 5 bonus health.
The empowered attack duration refreshes whenever entering combat.
