What it does
Passive: Generate a stack every second in combat, which expires out of combat and stacks up to 3 times. At max stacks, your next basic attack within 7 seconds against an enemy champion will consume them all to deal bonus magic damage equal to 2% of your maximum health, heal you for 2.5 of your maximum health, and permanently grant 10 bonus health.
The empowered attack duration refreshes whenever entering combat.
