Lethal Tempo
What it does
Passive: Your basic attacks on-attack against champions generate a stack lasting 6 seconds, refreshing on subsequent attacks and stacking up to 6 times. For each stack, gain 8 to 16 for 15 bonus attack speed, up to a maximum 8*6 to 16*6 for 15.
While at max stacks, you gain 50 bonus attack range. You can also exceed the attack speed cap.
After the duration, stacks expire one by one every 0.5 seconds.
