Soul Siphon
Innate: Morgana heals herself for 20% of the post-mitigation damage dealt by her abilities against champions, large minions, and medium and large monsters.
Dark Binding
Active: Morgana throws an energy bolt in the target direction that deals magic damage to the first enemy hit and root them for a duration.
Tormented Shadow
Passive: For each instance that Soul Siphon triggers, Tormented Shadow's remaining cooldown is reduced by 5% total cooldown.
Active: Morgana desecrates the target location for 5 seconds. Enemies within take magic damage on-cast and every 0.5 seconds, increased by type=target's missing health%. Tormented Shadow deals 195% damage against monsters.

Soul Shackles
Active: Morgana shackles to nearby enemy champions over the cast time, dealing magic damage and tether to each of them for 3 seconds, during which she gains 15% bonus movement speed while the targets are true sight and slow by 15%.
Afterwards, the tethered targets take the same magic damage and become stun for 1.5 seconds, during which they are true sight.
A nearby enemy champion is required to cast this ability. The target does not have to be sight to be targeted by this ability.
