Description

Harmonic Echo: Your movement and ability casts will generate stacks of Harmony, stacking up to 100 times. At maximum stacks, your next heal or shield ability on another allied champion will consume them all to heal them for (120-180 + 15% AP). If the target has less than 30% Health, heal effectiveness is increased to 150% of the original.
